I have been at this dealership a few times. On the new car side I have always been treated professionally.

I went to just look at the Santa Fe ended up loving it. Avery and Mark made the process relatively easy to understand and made it almost fun. Plus I got to take the car home the same day, which surprised me since it was a Saturday. I would go back to Rosen Hyundai to buy another car if I am ever in need of one.

Excellent sales experience overall, very fast and professional. The only thing I disliked and removed a star for was the shared use of this particular sales desk. The sales desk arrangement feels very impersonal. Another buyer sat at our sales desk with another sales rep while our belongings were still present at said desk, we were within eyesight, right outside the side glass doors. When I returned a few hours later to pick up our car, my original sales rep was still working, there was a third sales person now sitting at the same said desk kicked back leisurely on their phone.

The salesman (Scott Medina) is very nice and always ready to answer question and help with the technology. The General Manager (Carlos Rosado) was also very nice and professional and took care of my needs. I don’t have any experience with the service department yet, but I’m sure they will be very satisfactory.

This dealership has excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. Definitely set the bar for future car purchases. Great for families and kept them in kind when making a purchase.
