Hyundai IONIQ 6 EV
The Hyundai IONIQ 6 will be available in three trim levels and offer a choice of motor configurations. That includes the SE, SEL, and Limited. As a single motor, the IONIQ 6 pairs to either all-wheel or rear-wheel drive. The dual-motor configuration does as well and a choice of two different battery packs are also offered. The standard pack is a 53.0-kWh battery with the option of a 77.4-kWh pack. That puts the IONIQ 6 range at about 220 miles per charge.
As for horsepower, while we don't know the specific numbers yet, we have no reason to believe the new model won't be as good as its predecessor. That's 168 horsepower for the single motor and 320 for the dual. This is enough power to propel you from a complete standstill to 60 miles per hour in a little over five seconds. Also, you can expect roughly 132 MPGe on city streets and 98 MPGe on the highways of Chicagoland.
Interior and Safety Features
The Hyundai IONIQ 6 interior is roomy, and comfortable, and offers a modern look and feel. It's quiet too thanks to sound-insulating material used in the interior's construction.
